I paid monthly 585 to get speed of 75Mbps of download and upload but for few months I am facing issues on download speed it’s more or less 1 to 10 Mbps. I have complaints several time they rectify my problem but then next day same things happen and on and on. So I had enough of this bogus speed can’t even open a page or download now it’s speed down to 50 to 150KBps my local isp have complaint them of this issue . Local cable oparator has done his job but not GTPL-KCBPL they are saying now to cable operator that they done with speed issue but it’s actually not done till now. So I want my money to be refunded by them and say sorry because of them all the work I lost can’t even get it back. My user id-bhaskar_info
