Well i would like to register compalint against the reliance jio company.
To be brief about my complain, there is only thing i would like to state that the famed telecommunicating company is providing the worst network speed in the sub district BHADERWAH and other far regions like POONCH. Customers recharge with amount more than rupees 300 and in return this network provides the worst quality speed in the a.
If they can’t provide the best network speed in the region then they could shut down their service in the region.
Hope i would get response soon.
My next option would be filing a law suit against the reliance jio company for their fraud behaviour with customers as they didn’t meet with the expectations of customers. If they could not live up to expectations of customers then they should shut down their services in the mountainous region.Customers recharge their mobile no. To get best service from their providers.
