Hi,

I am writing to raise a formal grievance. I have a complaint about my order _ FMPC3937562045. I have called multiple times to your contact center about my problem but no resolution has been received yet and your customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Below are my problems..

1- I ordered a product on 5th August that was supposed to be delivered on 11th August but unfortunately due to some reason, it got delayed and the delivery date reflected as 13th August. I waited till EOD but the product was not delivered. It’s 17th August today but no update on when it is going to be delivered.

2- I request a call back from your customer care team on 13th August. They called me and requested me to wait, the team will provide a resolution by 15th August but no resolution was received. On 16th August I again requested for call back from your team. They again asked me to wait for 24 hrs. I request him once transfer my call to his senior (Team lead or Assistant Manager), he approach to his senior , his senior said he would not take the call and suggest to wait for 24 hours. I requested him multiple time but no senior came on calls, I was on call approx more than half an hr and every time the Customer care executive (Mr. Om) said there was no senior available on the floor, one was available and he went outside asking the customer. Today on 17th August I again called to your customer service team and requested to speak with team lead or any other supervisor available on floor but my call was not transferred to any of the lead. Executive Mr. Shyam yadav transferred my call to senior executive Pooja Kumari. I Requested Pooja Kumari to transfer my call to Team lead or Assistant Manager because I was fed up with such a worst customer service. Product is a different thing, I do not want to my product now, I have problem with your customer care team. I am still having on call since more than 2hrs. but no senior is available on the floor to take up my calls. after more than 2hrs my call got disconnected by customer care executive.

Such a worst customer care center, especially seniors. How come they manage their team with such a poor attitude.
