I purchased a dishwasher last month, then I got a date for the demo (13 march 2023) and I called the service center. He said the technician will arrive one day after. but I waited for 7 days. ( 20 march 2023 ) Finally the technician arrived, I thought he was an official technician, but I was wrong. He is not an official technician. ( He spoke to me. I am not an official technician, the service center forces me to go as a technician.) He was unskilled and he did not know about the salt regeneration setting and he said nothing about salt setting. I also do not know this setting. Later after the wash dishes were turned into whitish coloured. and i searched on youtube. I knew the salt regeneration setting was missing and I reopened the complaint. ( 20 march 2023 ) till date technician not arrived. The last time I called the service center ( 26 march 2023 4:26 pm) he said the technician will arrive the next day. today is 4 april. worst experience i have ever faced.
The service center always gives me false promises. He does not pick my calls and he does not assign any engineer in the Athani area. Whenever I called he spoke only word technician will come the next day, because your area is 150 km away from the service center
