Dear team,

Iam writing this mail regarding i faced a worst customer experience from Flipkart side. Last 3 days iam contacted many times for change my one of the Flipkart account mobile number. At the first call with Flipkart they told me my issue will resolve within 24 hours after that time my issue was not resolved so i contacted again for clear my concern. After that every call I got a real bad and worst experience. And I am attaching a call recording of the Flipkart customer care exicutive he also told me my issue will resolve on 27/10/2022 EOD. After that call i contacted yesterday evening to Flipkart and one of the other exicutive named as shafna told me also my issue will resolve on same time but til now it’s was not resolved because of this yesterday night i contacted again to Flipkart customer service at the time of that call i was shoked by your exicutives reply he told me to wait again 24 to 48 hours. At the time of that call i understand Flipkart customer care exicutives don’t know how to handle a customer and what is the solution for customer complaints. They telling to customers bla bla bla they don’t know what they are telling.. iam not ready to wait again 48 hours to clear my concern
