We sent the genuine product to the customer, and before dispatching we send the detail like picture of the Phone’ box and IMEI no. to the customer through amazon messages. and then after 2 days of receiving that customer send this order back to us and when we check the item is totally different even phone’ box is fake. we sent all the genuine proof to amazon with pictures and videos. its so blind that they cant see that customer send a fake product in return and denying my claim.
