Dear sir/madam,
I and other subscibers in our locality are facing a poor network speed even we have full signal strength. Daily this happens only on evening (after 6pm). But now a days the issue happens in morning also. I complained more than 3 times in the past 3months in your customer care number. Temporarily the problem resolves but again within 1week the same issue. Your excutives says that network congestion due to lots of users. When this will be resolved? We pay for 4G data and receiving 2G data speed.
