Dear Sir,
Sorry to inform you that the service provider “AIRTEL” is not ready to accept complain against their worst data service that I am facing since 31st April.
I recharges 1GB daily data pack in April with a validity of 82-84 days. But, I could not avail their facility since then.
The 198 helpdesk replies that they took my feedback on it and will work on. They can’t register my complain as they do not have that facility in their system.
Its more than 60 days without any solution.
Looking ahead to hear from you with an immediate action.
