I am writing this from the east Godavari location and mummidivaram Mandal and my faulty telephone number is 08856-270290 and I opted for BSNL as it is near to my location when compared to others, but now I’m realizing the mistake I’ve done!there is always a problem with DSL, keeps on dropping constantly, and when we complain the authorities say it fixed but actually problem repeats again.
I need to call the office at least 10 times a month! They have the worst customer service. ever since I had the connection I had frequent disconnects and slow speeds. Back in June, I had to move to a new area and out of option got stuck with BSNL as there are no other service providers available here. As said requested shifting in June and after a month of daily visiting their office and requesting them to come in mid-july they came and placed the cables but the worst part connection was not activated and again for another month I have to constantly call them and visit them then I got the connection. But even worse it was terribly slow I was on a 10Mbps plan and received only 0.75Mbps. I made complaints till May and got no response and I sent a mail to their manager at Delhi headquarters then got the issue fixed and again by November it got slow now to 0.44Mbps and since then I been making complaints and I made a complaint to their higher authority and after that, they are now disconnecting my internet exactly from 10 AM to 5 PM When asked about that I still have no answers I called every possible authority and worse their local AE closed the complaint saying that I have to switch plan for a faster speed to 100Mbps. I still don’t understand their logic what do they think consumers are I know what plan I am at and know how much data I consume and this could literally be the worst response for a complaint from any service provider in the world. That AE was the senior-most person and they call him the best-qualified engineer. The issue still remains internet disconnects from 10 AM to 5 PM and works on holidays at dead slow speeds that you have to wait 5 minutes for a picture to load and I am a serious user I rely on the internet for my work and my studies. Out of choice, I am stuck with BSNL and no other ISP is available in my area.
