Club mahindra is a fraud and is never responsible company for its customers. I have recently had a really bad experience with their booking. They have taken 1 LAC rupee in advance and requested me at the time of booking that we will ensure your booking for 5 nights 6 days will be confirmed. The booking never got confirmed till last moment and in the end, I had to stay in a different hotel in an unknown place.
I have been writing and calling them since last 2 weeks and not been able to get in touch with any of the CSR or even escalated to their managers and customer grievances redressal board but still waiting for them to resolve my query.
I am hereby attaching some snippets of my email conversations without a single response since last 2 weeks.
The turn around time as per their website is 4 working days but neither of them is fulfilled. Disgusting support!!!

I am writing this email with regards to my recent and very first experience with you which has been really painful and disgusting in terms of your commitment towards your customer.
And I am telling you, I am going to publish this to all the social media handlers as well.
I was asked to make full payment to make full payment which is about 1 lac to avail my holiday on my special occasion (anniversary).
I made all the payment formalities by 13th Jan, 2021 and they have blocked the dates stating you will get booking for 17- 22 jan 2021.
Somehow there was no confirmation(only verbal communication) and i have put in trust to club mahindra representatives.
Today is 18th, my anniversary is on 19th which is tomorrow and I have not even got any sort of confirmation over email or on call.
Keep in mind, I have been following up on this since last 3 days, wasted my weekend and today I am already near Kumbhalgarh which is my actual destination and I am yet to get a booking confirmation…
I am staying in a normal hotel today despite paying 1 lac rupees in advance and as per what I have been told still not result!!!!!
Me and my wife are very disappointed and left us with no other option but to celebrate in a very unusual manner…non standard way..
I want my full refund of rupee 1 LaC, if I am not going to get my destination booking on a desired date(19th jan, 2021) and a compensation of wasted booking which I have made..
I request you to look at this matter on urgent basis to avoid your loss and my loss..

It has been more than 3 days, I raised my concern and there is no response from your side still.
Do we have anyone responsible who can resolve the issue or alternatively I need my money back and revoke the membership!!!
I will wait for your reply till today 6 PM.

It is more than 2 WEEKS and I am yet to get any call on the concerns that I have raised.
Please note, I have been in touch with your customer service representatives since the last 2 hours, and each and every person – Aditya/Apurva/Aparna have requested to call me back in 1-2 hours.
Right now, it is 1.13PM and I haven’t received a call from any of your team mates. Again I have lost words to describe the kind of support I am receiving.
Please note – this is a similar issue i have faced while my booking as well and henceforth I DO NOT WANT TO CONTINUE with your pathetic service.
I am again asked to wait till 2-3 PM, which I will wait.
If I am not getting any further response on this, I am going to file an official complaint against the company for the fraud that you are making against your customer!!!!!
