Text of Complaint by KUMAR KUNAL:

There was slight issue in my STB and i called customer care for issue they alloted a service engineer same day. He came and without proper testing things he just replaced my old STB with new one and tried to leave. But we asked to check all channels there was a signal issue which was not present earlier. As engineer was unqualified and didnt have any knowledge about STB he tried few thing and took back new STB with himself, saying that he will return tomorrow with new STB. Next day he said he dont have STB with himself. I complained to Airtel and they generated a new request, but next day service engineer tried to reschedule visting using OTP, on my mobile which is also visible on STB as he has my registered STB with himself. They are trying to do some kind of fraud. Now its 3 days and no solution no call regarding what and how they are fixing this issue. Such a pathetic service and irresponsible support. They are using my personal infor from STB to generate OTP, which is actually a crime.
