Very bad customer service from your delivery boy. Delivered by Delivery Associate Ayyappan K 7012072283. Order ID – Prepaid order # 16363841500137452A-01 . The delivery very boy was arrogant against not getting otp and I was not at home to give him otp. He shouted at my mom and told he’ll not deliver products if he didn’t get otp. I called him and given otp at 6.45 pm. But he was very rude to me and unethical. This guy told if you want to complaint go and complaint and given a number 9745355958 to complaint. But the staff Akshay R Pillai wouldn’t even take my call and give proper response. He said he will take action against Ayyapan K. I have sent mails to jiomary and got no response. I genuinely want to know about the action against this delivery boy against improper customer service.
