Frustration and frustration. I have tried hundreds of times in last 10 years but nothing concrete came out. First of all they will never respond easily. Lastly say contact senior or appeal. You can neither get number of senior or appellate body. In the meantime someone will lift your phone and ask what is your problem and himself say, we will see the matter but never do anything fruitful. If in any case you could succeed in getting senior or appellate body, they will say we are noting your complain and in the 24 hours your problem will be solved. Thanks for contacting. But wait for the end of the 21st century, they will do nothing. You have one easy method port your number if you have any other good network company in your area.
