I submitted a plan change request on Sep 8 by calling the customer service number. Neither the app nor the website let me change the plan. I have called numerous times after that and no one knows what’s going on with my request and when the plan will be changed. The reps are clearly ill trained to not know anything, keep repeating the same things over and over, not listen to and help customers. Every time I call, I’m told someone will call me, my plan will be changed in 24 hours, “the team” is working on my request. No one knows which team is working on it or what they’re working on. Some work this invisible team is doing that hasn’t helped and no one knows about. I’m kept on excessive hold. I’m not made to speak to someone to submit my complaint. It’s the worst service ever. Shocking how this kind of service exists and is surviving. I have complained by writing to that 121 email ID but but not surprisingly even the folks responding to the emails don’t have a clue and are no help. Airtel clearly has the worst service and customer experience. I can’t believe how incompetent people can be and trained to lie to a customer. Awful and worst service. Good lesson to change service provider. Hopefully others do as well. I don’t understand how a company does not even allow a customer to speak to someone and address their grievance. Such awful and poor service and company policies.
