I order scrunchies from Handmadelovefficial, they showed picture of many scrunchies together and while adding to the cart it never asked for any colour also , even in Description no where it was made clear that the amount i am paying is just for 1 scrunchie.
As in the headline itself it says scrunchies .
Now when i tried to reach customer care they are not even listening to customer complain, not taking any feedback and simply saying i cannot cancel your order i talked to 3 person and got same response they pretended to be senior person of the company but the way he behaved for so unprofessional and after talking to 10 min he said i m canceling ur order in very rude manner and dropped the call rudely.
Suggest every1 not to buy any product from this site they are fake and just trying to take money without giving good product or service.
