I booked for a new Broadband service on Tuesday and Paid the installation charges on the same day. Also got the appointment on the same day which is immediately cancelled and rescheduled for the next day 8AM but haven’t received any calls from the engineer till 4.30 PM on Wednesday that though I was continuously trying to reach the engineer and the respective sales executive but no response from them. So I raised the complaint in Airtel. Finally the engineer attended the call by 5.45 PM and told that the area assigned to him is not under his limit itseems. So they asked the Sales rep to connect with the concerned area engineer. He also told me that they will give the connection by first half today. But again no response. When I tried calling him again and again, he responded and told me that only by today 4PM that the engineer will come and check the feasibility to give a connection itself. So just to check the feasibility aloan they asked me to pay the installation charges and made me to wait even though it was on urgent request. So when I raised the complaint in Airtel customer care, the supervisor who spoke to me was very lothogic and asked to a standard statement to wait this issue to get solved by 24 hrs. The funny part was that was the second complaint i raised which is Never solved. So I asked him to cancel the order and told him that i will get a connection from other responsible broadband operator. Even for that, he answered lothogic and told i will get my refund message in 24 hrs.
Airtel customer service is not as good as they promote themself. People should never trust Airtel.
