Dear Airtel,

This is to inform you that I am very much disappointed with your customer service. I made a call to your customer care regarding a query about the Recharge plan, I got a reply saying that my call is been transferred to landline department but the call got disconnected. Is this a kind of service which you provide to the customer. Really very Disappointed and Dissatisfied with your Network.
