Hi,
Without hope of having any solution from your end.
Service Request No. SR00001236U8
I week before suddenly my internet connection was interapted because of the OTG cable problem installed by jio.I have complained the same to the customer service desk with hope that I should get a great experience .Problem was started from there.
1st they took the issue and and asked me to wait for next 72 hours ,Since I was never expected this timeline for the resolution (I am also a Tata sky user ,Althoug that one in DTH/But always receives the service on same day..#brandname of Jio in good faith) I have ask them to give me the service early (on WFM I have no alternate connection on my place) ,They denied ,hence I ask them to take a request to call back from there sr.executive/customer care maneger,All of a sudden with a big surprise they said ,they have no as such facility ,After arguing with them I have asked them to cancel my connection .Which they took.
In the meanwhile after waiting for 72 hours ,The service technician visited my place and gave me the solution.And after May be 2/3 days of the resolution I have got a call from the “Retaintion team”, Since the service technician and his behaviour (Very polite/Profetional/also offers me personal service if required),I have complaint the retaintion team persone only about the ” Worst customer service part”,Also said I would continue with my existing connection.
More surprises :-Today suddenly I have got one SMS ,That my services has been witbdrown .(I have a validity till 4th sep,2020)
My question :-1.After paying all the monthly rentals why should I suffer ,only because of the worst customer service vendor’s of JIO?
2.When the retaintion persone assured me that ,Jio customer care do have the facility to call back from Sr./Mannegrs if customer is willing to talk.Why today also customer care persone denied ?(still unable to use internet )
3.Who would compancate the loss of my days within the tarrif ?
4.Why with a great service and brandname of JIO,You people are giving such bad customer services?
5.Why no nodal and apilated authority was there ,Or if they are in the system why would they remain silence?
6.Can Jio only outsourced the customer care to vendors and only relay with them ?
Hope this would change some of your scripted customer care and its experience.If I would not been compansate for the days where I have not consumed the services after paying ,(Till now also no service) I would exclate the same in social media and consumer foroum.
Reasons:-Just assume a scenario ,Where one customer wont recharge after validity ,Will you give services to them,If the persone requested you that he have lost his money !
Please note ,Expecting a call back from A custo.er service persone (Working in direct payroll of jio from my cluster.
