Text of Complaint by Prabu Ravichandran:

I have changed my network from Jio to Airtel. My new sim activated on Monday (18.11.19) but internet connection not working in that. So i called customer care they said IMSI number mismatch in your sim so you need to buy a new sim. So i buy a new one. Customer care said the new one will activate on 4 hrs, Airtel showroom employee said it will take oneday. Actually 20.11.2019 i submitted my proof and photo. Still the new one not activated. If i call customer care they said to go showroom. I went to showroom but today they said it will take 3 days so you have to wait. What is the chilly process is this? 6 days im not using my data if i asked is any possibility to add that data means they treat me as cheap. Really im worried about this.
