Text of Complaint by Aparna:

I did nach registration, but every emi payment I paid manually. I did my nach registration in February from that onwards I paid manually. May month also I paid manually but my money is auto debited, their it is showing because of nach failed my money is auto debited. I contacted to customer service i texted, called but I didn’t get correct response they are not answering anything but when it comes to payment they make calls , emails from 1 week before only. From past 15 days I am trying to contact them for solving my query still i didn’t get any response even in text also.
