There was my case which was pending since yesterday with blinkit where they kept asking me contact later again n again and on the last conversation yesterday night they asked to contact today. After i contact them the customer service agent appears on the chat name jogligoria after I asked him to please go through the entire conversations i had yesterday about my product. After he said he read everything I asked him update on it after 10 minutes he simply replied he do not have access . I asked him what access he don’t have he said replacement or re delivery , I asked him to take back the product and refund me the money they said simply ask me to call back later , he kept saying same thing to call back later like copy paste . Later he asked me to wait and disconnect the chat
