Text of Complaint by Monika Patil:

I just had a word with your customer service and had very worst conversation with your senior member. First of all the keep me waiting for 10 min. He just want to say he can’t help me in any way. And instead of wasting time on talking with me go and ask airtel gallary people which I already done before. The way he was talking is very unprofessional and I personally feel very insulted. The way he said I cannot do anything you can complaint on this id if you want and hang up the call. This is not the way to talk with any customer. Whoever is reading this mail if you are really bothers about airtel customer plz look into it. And please improve your service. Network and everything. I am really very fed up with this network. And very very very upset with your customers care executive. Who talks this much rude.

I hope you will take some action on this matter
