Text of Complaint by Smita Singh:

Dear Sir

I regret to inform that we are very disappointed with the response of airtel customer care service. My husband Mr.  Awadhesh Kumar Singh is using the mobile number 9936245730 for last many years. We always pay the bill in time.  This year on 8th Jan’19 he got the message for renewal of subscription of amazon prime. He called up the customer care and asked to deactivate it.  The girl who received the call, had assured him that she had deactivated the above service and after 11th jan’19 no charges will be incurred for this.
Despite, Airtel has imposed the charge rs. 999/- plus taxes in the bill and is continuously forcing us to pay the bill.
We have been called many times to airtel customer care for this and every time we got the response that we look into the matter.
The voice recording is attached herewith this mail for your convenience. Kindly look into the matter urgently asap and you people are so insensitive that after so many calls no one cares at your end,  and outgoing are barred.
Please don’t force us to go in consumer forum as this is a case of our insult and mental harassment.
