I am a residence of Guwahati, the capital city of Assam and I have been using airtel prepaid network in my phone. Whenever I made a call to airtel customer care, got a reply, “India’s fastest network ever”. In reality, it is providing the worst network right now. Even, it is impossible to hear a single sentence completely and clearly. The situation is worsening every day.
