Text of Complaint by PRINCE KUMAR THAKUR:

I used this card for a payment of 500 as they said your subscription fees will be refunded.

But it was almost a month they didn’t refunded and asked me to pay 650 including 150 rs subscription fees,

I emailed them but no reply came , now after almost a year they send me bill of 1500 in which they add 4 month subscription fees ( i haven’t used the card as they cheated me on very first subscription.)

Please help me I am a student I don’t have that much money to pay and they are killing my cibil.

Please report to cibil to remove this kind of fraud company report from our cibil data.
