I have purchased a smart watch from firebolt website and it is delivered by savetex delivery. As the company has claimed battery backup of 10 days, but sorry its battery hardly lasts a day on full charge. As I complained against it on company mail id for return/replacement or money back. But I did not get any proper relief and their customer care is not working. I am trying to get touch with and no proper response from them. I think my money is wasted.
