I ordered a wireless bluetooth combo pack 1+1 sony…. But i received worst and damaged wired headphone single piece, truly I disappointed which I saw inside the box…. I called to the ecomexpress customer service, they told to return the items…… While I searching the return option menu in bassdeal, there is no options of return in their web page……. So I realised that I cheated by them… No deatails about anyone in that web page, and moreover given mobile no. Is unavailable or pre-recorded voice runs…. What to do???? I uploaded my item…. Is this real one….
