I a regular customer of airtel from last 10 years. But from last 5 to 6 months the internet service is below average. Some times the tower goes off and most of the time the speed is extremely slow. I complained about the same but I receive the answer that we are upgrading tower in your locality. Since I am residing in the heart of the city. There should have been no problem regarding towers. As I have been using their services from last ten years. If I didn’t complained in these years then why now. Their services have detoriated to such an extent that it feels that I am wasting my money. Either they provide me a better service or they should close their Network in Srinagar city. As I am fed up with their services. As they charge me in full and provide me a service that is of no use.
