Hi Team Airtel,
This is regarding the broadband services. I have been facing frequent interruptions in the connectivity for longer durations(3-4hours) in every 2-3 days. Also, as soon as there is power cut in the society, the internet connectivity is lost even though it is plugged into the inverter linked socket.
Moreover, the maintainance activities are planned during weekdays which is a big hindrance in office work(working from home due to COVID-19 circumstances).
Can these connectivity issues be looked into utmost priority please?
Can the maintenance activities be planned on weekends(Saturday or sunday) instead of weekdays (mon-fri)?
