  • Dear sir/mam

    Umesh Kumar here.My phone number is 998812115 4 and i belongs to Gurdaspur. I visited your retail outlet with my friend that is “Sejal telecommunication” near easy day situated on the jail road Gurdaspur punjab at 6:55 p.m. on 18 January 2021 regarding my recharge which I did in the morning of 18 jan 2021 by google pay. After entering the the Sejal outlet I asked the boys sitting in the front desk that please solve my queries regarding my morning recharge but they told us that our system is now off and your query can be solved by the Airtel app. I told them that I have Airtel app in my phone and please sort out my problem from app if you can(मेरे फोन में  एयरटेल ऐप है मुझे समझ नहीं आ रहा के रिचार्ज 11 feb 2021 को क्यों start होगा,plz आप मुझे बता सकते हो)and i gave my phone to them.Then one of them asked me आपने कैसे कह दिया की हम नहीं बता सकते।अगर हम नहीं बता सकते तो आप खुद एयरटेल ऐप से पता कर लेते यहां क्यों आए।
    i really shocked what the hell they are saying.such a stupid and rude person he was.i took my phone back and come out.i really unhappy with airtel person.
    Exactly opposite to sejal telecommunication there is voda idea outlet.what a good boys there are.so much polite and helpful they are.
    I was thinking about porting my all other sims of family members to airtel but now i will not do that because if i am not getting good welcome from you then why i should i go with airtel.
