I have paid 5000 rupees for 1 month subscription and now when I asked to give me demo they say my company is a consultancy and we don’t encourage consultancies.i have told my company is into IT SERVICES.but they have denied and when asked for refund they are not responding to my calls or mails.

As per your email and quote, we have remitted an amount of Rs.10,000/- on 17th June 2023. You have committed to recharge my wallet with 20,000/-. I have made several calls, but my wallet has not been credited with the full amount yet. This issue has occurred before during my last recharge as well. I am extremely disappointed with the WorkIndia Team , particularly regarding the wallet recharge commitment. The person informed us about a special offer, but regardless, I only received a wallet balance of Rs. 15,000/-. It is unfair to mislead clients by not delivering on the commitments made. If no action is taken, it will tarnish the reputation of Wokinida.
I am still awaiting your response, and I haven’t received any response from WorkIndia regarding my issues. I am wondering why they are not responding to my concerns.
