I am Sharmila I will applied for work from home jobs in online and SACHHI SINGH (8511801598) she contact me on WhatsApp and ask me further details and told that if you sign the contract can’t cancled with 4 days work 400 froms resume filled.but he did not told me that I will did not complete the work I pay for him. I completed half of work because of my personal issues so I want ask the permission I will completed my work but she did not accept my request she told me you are not complete the work for time so I will take legal action so just cancel your agreement, so I gust cancel the agreement to pay 6000+gst, but I just want extent time but she didn’t give anything just only option to cancel the contract you didn’t cancel the contract lot of problems I will face you so I just agreed to cancel my agreement. Then she ask me to pay the agreement canceled amount 6000+gst. But I will not agree to pay for this because of my family issues. And she transferred the compliment with legal action company ADV. ABHINAV (B. Com. L.L.B.) B:C:I:,RJ-0137/2013 ADDRESS :chamber no 106, surat district court Gujarat, legal team surat, regards legal support (8347789795).And he send me the WhatsApp messages and told me to send half hour pay your agreement cancel amount but I ask for my extended work but he did not give anymore option with me just told told me just pay the amount you did not pay I will legal action. He never give any other options available for me, please kindly help me out of this situation I am not such as a work person i will just help improve with my family problems so that’s why I work to apply and agree to the work but she and he asked to pay amount. Please let me help me out with this problem.
