Hi ,

I recently applied for work from home.

They asked me my aadhar card and passport size photo and sign to do the agreement.

I have shared and they shared me work .

When they shared me the work it was 500 forms which i have to complete within 5 days. If did not complete i have to pay an amount of 7000 to them .

The terms and conditions are
1. if do not complete 500 forms i need to pay registration amount of 7000.
2. The salary of 21000 thousand is offered, if there is no 90 percent accuracy they said that i need to pay an amount of 7000, but salary of 14,000 will be paid.
3. I have completed 500 forms within the time .
4. Just after saying that i have completed within an hour they said your 384 files are incorrect.
5. I said please provide me a proof of those 384 incorrect forms so that i can correct.
6. They did not answer for this .
7. They said you pls pay if not legal will take place.
8. I said fine please go ahead the court has to give me 384 forms incorrect things which you are not sharing let it share i will pay then.
9. Today dated 10-Nov-22 They sent a message stating that this is the legal address pls confirm i said all the best pls go ahead.
10. I asked them to share the payment adress to identify also they shared me one icici account of gpay with Md, Afsan , I said this is nano technology i have an agreement to nano technology send me the current account number of Nano technology where i signed the agreement. I will pay.
11. They said this is the only account we have i did not pay any amount .
12. I said i will file a cybercrime case and has taken the complete whats app chat report of the people who were chatting with me.
13. When i said i will file a case the two whatsapp numbers are off.
14. I received the legal notice on whatsapp today dated 10-11-2022.
15. I want to lodge a complaint against his to cyber crime and honey trapping.
