This is regarding the Data Entry Job work which is given by Optra Services. Initially on 9th February, received call from Ms. Shikha Sharma has called and aksed for Aadhar Card. Being in the search of Job, believed in her words and sent the Aadhar card through email. Immediately, she has called and sent an agreement with acceptance letter. With no time given atleast to read the content fully, she was asked me to send it back my acceptance, so that the work will be given on the same day. As I was in need of job, I felt it was Genuine, I have started the work off 1000 pages entry work, due to entry issues intermittintly she has responded, but during the final day of work, when we got the error to finish, she has not responded. From the next we got continuous calls from different numbers, to paid the penalty due to incomplete work and with fear of legal words, some how paid Rs.6500/- for extension of work for 1 day and submitted the report. Next day, received reply that the QC report was failed and again asked me to pay Rs.32,500/- within an hour, otherwise, action will be taken, I am a mother of 6 months baby. I have paid that amount also. next day again the same scenario and asked me to send my 8 digital signatures along with my photo to give NOC. I did not understand the issue and asked about the same. That person asked me to visit Delhi Court which I cannot do. I have requested and begged him like anything and asked me to pay Rs.44,640/- that also I have paid. Now, also calling continuously and sending messages for penal action. I am not understanding the process and continuously harassing me. Now, I understood that with the fake job work, they are harassing the innocent people who are in need of job. Being in a financial need to support my family, I have taken up this work. But, they are taking this as an advantage and making us fool. Hope you will look into this issue and resolve the problem in refunding the amount. I can arrange all the requisite inputs from myside.
