Dear sir,
I ordered a wooden rack thru amazon 3 years back for rs. 6000/+ which I received it from Acme production via amazon.
Once I received the product I was not satisfied with the product and applied for the return. But the delivered shop didn’t accept the return.
So we decided to use that product, but soon after 6 months, we saw some powder like material dropping down from all the 6 racks. We tried using some pesticides to avoid the insects. But the insects inside the wood destroyed all the racks completely.
Even I couldn’t sell it to a waste mart. We need justice on this.
Please do the needful.
