The Woo dating App, also called GetWoo, has been involved into financial mal-practices and is unlawfully storing their Customers’ PayTM account account details and is using these details in their own favor by deducting huge sums of amount from customers’ PayTM account. The Woo dating App has illegally deducted Rs. 2999 from my PayTM account on 30th August 2020, via Transaction ID 30951372184. The Company is well aware that I have never used their App or services in the last 6 months, and have not willfully agreed or subscribed to any such payments, but still they have under-gone such illegitimate financial transaction on my PaytM account.
I want Woo Company to return my money without any further delay and provide with a statement of apology.
