Dear Sir. I usually stay in a place called Tiptur, Karnataka. I spend two days in a week in Bangalore. Your services are very bad in both Bangalore and Tiptur Are you not ashamed to call your services as 4G?? The networking is not consistent and even a word file./ PDF can not be downloaded. We can’t even make use of half gb by your or service
I intend to port the service to other networking if the situation doesn’t improve.
Our Indians do not have the minimum courtesy to respond politely to their customers. I don’t even expect a reply from you, let aloan fixing the problem. I’m sending the message from the internet of other provider.
Tell me in which place is your service good? Which time of the day/ night will it be good?? Is it really 4G? Then i have no respect for 4G technology.
