Hello Sir/Madam, Myself Sruthi booked a ticket in Morning star travels bus AP-07-TM-6874 for myself and 2 children from Peddapuram to Hanumanpet, Vijayawada via redbus.com (PNR RB1278818, seat D4) and boarded in Peddapuram at 09:29pm today 02/Sep/2023. Upon boarding the driver is insisting that I get down at Ramavarappadu which is outskirts of Vijayawada and I feel unsafe about getting down at a place that I don’t know of, however the driver and the travel company have left me with no option to get down at the scheduled point selected during booking. The driver is insisting that they have no permission to enter into the city, however the booking site redbus is still allowing bookings with dropping point at Hanumanpet, Vijayawada. Please investigate this and help me get down at my preferred point at 2am, 03/Sep with my small children. Hope I’ll get help with this complaint. Driver Vadapalli Ramesh Kumar, 9246649588
