I ask loan amount of 30000 but i already take 21600 amount and i will ask for refund policy but no respond i ask Manny Manny time

I asked loan amount of 200000 but they are asked advance amount for Address verified, photo proof, bank verified etc., Rs.280000 and they are again asking amount for bank card. Still not received loan amount and can’t refund my advance also.
