I had purchasec wizpad tab on date7/7/2020 Rs 3999.20order Id 1009466081.Till now not received amy tracking details. Finally I got the customer care no. 990177122, his name sunil sarma, he call me another no8392012900 on website then I call this number and the person agreed to return my money, he told that due to covid situation orders are not issued, then he will send one message. He told that resend them. Then again started cheating, he asked my debit card details and CVV no he pressure me several times, at last I gave the number soon he released 5000/my account. This fraud activities about your institution. Please help me toget my cash refund backand Rs 3999.20 purchase amount of for my tab cheating amount Rs 5000.Total 9000.

I have ordered wizpadG21 plus tab on 10/7/20. order Id no. 1645993739. I received a tab on 15/7/20 model Ft970. So I contact the customer care. But don’t response. So kindly refund my amount 3500/ rupees . I will return the tab thru courier.
