my prepaid number is changed to postpaid without diong adress televerification. i am applied online to change my number from prepaid to postpaid.but in their website we can see that the migration only take place after tele verification.regarding this i also called thier customer care and said to cancel my migration request and their agent also said that you will get a call asking for adress verification within 4 hours and you can cancel at that time.but i didn’t receive any call from them.then after 2 days i received a message saying that your number is changed to postpaid. i called them but they said they can’t do anything and i can change to prepaid only after one month of use
