I was open my tata play help sumber on whats app to add one channel but while doing that frequntly i was getting popup/advertisng for netflixn on each and every option its refleting, so i just opend that to see what exactly netflix providing and once I clicked on that netflix option immidiatly got second option for amound wala option with 3 different pack and when i Clicked with forst option 199, within a min i got sms that your netflix combo is activated and 199 deducted from my tata play accpunt without any permition any T&C agreed not agree, without any approval they deducted amount and from next minute i was tring to drop that still it is no remove from pack and now when i calling to CC they are saying mam you selected option will be discontinue by 3rd march, and every call since the issue happen i m getting sane respobnce that within 2 days you will get call but no call back nor resolve my problem, they saying further it wont deduct, but what about the amount got deducted already without my permission, if i selected 699 so you gys will put my account on minus bal, even it is not my fault. I will surely diconnect my and discontinue with tata sky account ,as well as spread in my all area to not be go with tata play the service is worst doing fraud with customer belaf of any advertising . if my issue will not resolve then.
