My internet was not working from 25th August 2022 and i have raised a ticket for it on the same day. They scheduled for an engineer on 26th August and on 26th August they changed it to 27th August and on 27th August they again changed it to 29th August and on 28th August they closed my ticket SR00001DF2ZZ without sending an engineer to solve the issue. I have raised a complaint on this with jio fiber email id and they lodged a complaint and assigned another ticket for it but they have closed that ticket too mentioning as resolved. My issue is not yet resolved and i have been affected mentally in both my official and personal life due to this. They have been playing ping pong with my emotions without giving any proper response.
