many times we have complaint on customer care for internet and call drop on network even 4 to 5 time we have to dail any numbed rot get connected but customer care generate complaint number and without call and solution customer care mark complaint resolved , also customer care department cut and put on hold to call while we are asking why it has bee marked resolve without call and solution
when we have put complaint o twitter the they call many times and same question again and again asking it is completely mental harassment by airtel
