I ALSO CHEATED BY THIS BUILDER IN BOOKING of flat NO 1321 IN TOWER -1 OF PANCHSHEEL WELLINGTON XING REPUBLIC NH-24, NOW I WANT TO CANCEL BOOKING BUT MS DHILLION at BUILDER is reluctant to issue required NOC and now she is IGNORING MY CALL with this my booking amount of Rs 1,00,00/- has been blocked with the builder for the last 5 months.
