On 11th Jan I have enquired about Airtel fiber connection. 2 representatives were came to my home and Sim mein Kya offer chal RHA Hai ye check krne k bahane se chhote brother se phone lekr unhone without permission prepaid sim ko postpaid me convert kr Diya jiska 10 days pehle hi RS.719 ka recharge Kiya tha.mai us waqt ghr pr nhi this. Ab Rs.470 per month Bill pay krna hoga. Ab wapas prepaid and Rs.719 ka recharge bhi vapas nhi kr rhe Airtel customer care and Branch me jakar bhi bat kr li but koi action nhi le rhe. itna bda fraud krte h
