Once I was call to costumer care of Tata play for the complain of miss recharge on tata play and then the costumer care executive say me that we have 2 channel tata play fitness and tata play comedy free trail for a week which is totally free and when this trial is finished their will no any charge taken but i was deny this offer first but they force me please mam add these channels these are totally free I am say ok but I am confirm that after free trial this will be stop or not they say yes mam these automatically stop but these channel not stopped and they charge for that and I was not know that these channels are active on my account because I was not use single time these channels
So, Please help me to solve this fraud
