Dear sir/ Mam,
I want to write complain on electricity department. They send electricity bill on two month electricity consumption thus unit rate increase due to total of consumption add of two month. If they send monthly bill than it will automatically beçome realistic measurement of unit consumption. It is totally burdon on customers.
