I am using Vodafone Idea Postpaid from the last couple of years. My monthly rent was ₹. 199 + GST tax per month.
I got the call on 18 September from Vodafone Customer representative that with my current plan Amazon Prime is free. I clearly said that I don’t need any such service.
I received an SMS after a couple of hours that my plan changed to ₹. 399 + GST tax per month. I called to customer care why my plan was changed I have not requested to change the plan.
I called 3-4 times to customer care (198) but every time customer care sharing the fake information and at last, they said your plan will not be changed and we have a minimum plan ₹.399 + GST tax. We can’t change your postpaid plan.
Why I will request to go on a higher postpaid plan. The company can check the call details, I have not called to any customer care or other person to request for plan change or any other service.
Very very bad experience. I added some screenshots for more information that shows from the last couple of months my postpaid plan was ₹. 199 + GST but now the company changed without my agreement.
