Sorry to send you this mail but I have very serious issue which has been effecting my life since last year .

Wrong debit card deduction
My account frozen/Blocked without any prior email.
Green Park branch has not resolved any of my issue

I am having saving account in kotak since 2010.

While last year I visited branch for my wrong debit deduction there was no any proper response I have got till now. last year I wanted to open my wife account who is foreign national holding OCI card, then Green park kotak branch suggested me to attach her name in my account. So I gave all documents and later I fly to china due to covid. I have raised issue of wrong deduction with branch manager Mr Kamal Bhardwaj ([email protected]) who has assured it will be solved in 7 days but more then 1years 3 months passed no any return has happened , only I am getting assurance. Last year and this again wrong deduction happen for debit card which I am not holding ( I have already giving hand written complain to the branch in green park)

Now my second issue is I haven’t got any email or notification that my account is going to block or freeze when I contacted branch again got assurance that it will be solved soon , I filled form and did same as per branch request, since last month I am FOLLOW UP this case and each single day I am getting answer it will be solved today .

Since everywhere is covid situation I do understand and do not want to force but I have waited very long then have no option left with me but to write this to you.

Due to no any prior notice my banking transaction has been affected badly, my credit card due date was on 12may which I had asked loan from other and paid.

Really very much disappointed with Kotak Mahindra Bank SERVICE.
